Silvia holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Special Education from Florida International University, with a background spanning non-profits, Fortune 500 companies, and academic institutions. As a seasoned professional and parent of a child on the autism spectrum, she brings both expertise and a deeply human perspective to building inclusive, high-performing environments.

DIRECTOR OF INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY

A driven and passionate leader, she leads the development of engaging, visually-driven training solutions that enhance learning, performance, and workforce outcomes.

With dual Master’s degrees in Education and Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Lynette combines expertise in adult learning, behavioral science, and evidence-based practices to design impactful learning experiences. With over 10 years of experience, she has partnered with businesses, universities, private foundations, and global organizations to strengthen continuous learning cultures and improve employee engagement.

Known for her strong visual design approach, Lynette creates job aids, e-learning content, and training systems that break down barriers, whether linguistic, cognitive, or accessibility-related, ensuring learning is clear, inclusive, and results-driven.

SENIOR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER

With over a decade of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and creating structured, meaningful learning experiences, Nathalie brings both personal insight and professional expertise to her work, deeply inspired by her role as the proud older sibling of an autistic adult.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Miami. Nathalie specializes in breaking down complex information into clear, actionable steps, designing effective content, training programs, and visual supports that are easy to understand and apply.

Her experience as a program coordinator and case manager informs her ability to create practical, learner-centered solutions that are accessible, engaging, and impactful.

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER: NCS INNOVATION HUB FACILITATOR

Haley Moss may have made headlines as Florida's first openly autistic attorney, but her passion for disability rights and justice began way before that. After falling into advocacy as a teenager sharing her experiences as a young autistic person (and then writing her first book), Haley realized there was so much more to do in amplifying the voices of autistic people, their hopes, dreams, desires, and needs. Entering the workforce galvanized her into how underrepresented people with disabilities, autism especially, were in law practice and many other professions.  

Fast forward, and Haley mostly spends her time crafting workplace policy solutions, speaking on neurodiversity and dismantling ableism, and geeking out wherever the law, policy, disability rights and accessibility intersect. Or she's writing another book. For Haley, neurodiversity acceptance and action is where her personal and professional expertise blend together. To her, the future is a place where everyone is welcomed, accepted, and is fully inclusive and accessible. 

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER: ARTS & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Gustavo Padrino is the General Manager of the Rose & Alfred Miniaci Performing Arts Center, where he leads operations, programming, and community engagement with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusion. With a background in entertainment management and music, Gustavo brings a holistic understanding of cultural arts operations and audience development.

He is known for his ability to design and expand sensory-inclusive programming within performing arts spaces, creating welcoming, accessible experiences for neurodiverse individuals and their families. By building meaningful partnerships with community organizations, nonprofits, and local stakeholders, Gustavo has helped position cultural arts centers as inclusive hubs where all individuals can engage with and enjoy the arts.

Gustavo holds a Master’s degree in Entertainment Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Music, and a Minor in Music Business and Entertainment Industry from the University of Miami. His leadership is grounded in collaboration, community impact, and a commitment to ensuring that the arts are accessible to everyone.

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER: ACCESSIBILITY & SELF ADVOCACY

Lisa Smith focuses on advancing accessibility and self-advocacy across all programs and training solutions. Lisa brings a powerful lived perspective that helps ensure NCS designs are truly inclusive and reflective of diverse needs.

Lisa plays a critical role in reviewing and shaping content to ensure it is accessible, meaningful, and usable for all learners. Her unique lens allows her to identify barriers others may overlook and advocate for solutions that promote independence, dignity, and full participation.

She is deeply committed to creating a world where inclusion is not an afterthought, but a standard, where every individual has a voice and a place in their community. Lisa’s passion, perspective, and purpose-driven approach strengthen NCS’ mission to design systems that leave no one behind.
